Aspire Fit (“Aspire Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates aspire-fit.com and its subdomains, including but not limited to go.aspire-fit.com, app.aspire-fit.com, and offers.aspire-fit.com (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit the Site, use our coaching and educational services (the “Services”), or interact with our content and ads.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Identifiers & contact data: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
Account data: username, password, profile information.
Coaching data: goals, preferences, questionnaire responses. (Do not provide medical diagnoses; see “Health Information” below.)
Payment data: processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Communications: messages, support requests, testimonials, survey responses.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring/exit pages.
Device & network: IP address, browser type, device type, OS, approximate location.
Cookies & similar tech: pixels, tags, SDKs (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google/YouTube tags) for analytics, personalization, and advertising. See Cookies & Tracking below.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
Lead forms & ads: Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, YouTube/Google forms.
Analytics/ads partners: aggregated audience and performance insights.
Payment & fulfillment partners: transaction confirmation details.
Training/app integrations: if you link external tools to your account, we may receive limited data necessary to provide Services.
2.4 Health Information (Important)
We provide fitness/nutrition education and coaching. We do not request or store medical records. If you share health-related information (e.g., injuries, conditions) to customize your coaching, you do so voluntarily. The Site is not a medical service and is not intended for protected health information under HIPAA.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide, personalize, and improve the Site and Services;
Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, and purchases;
Communicate about programs, updates, and promotions (you can opt out of marketing anytime);
Deliver and measure ads, build audiences, and analyze campaign performance;

Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to “DNT” signals due to lack of industry standards.

Emails: Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email.
Texts: Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
