How much does coaching Cost?

If we find that you are a good fit to work with us, the current industry standard for high level online fitness coaching is between $250 to $1500 USD per month and we are well within that standard.

There are no obligations on the strategy call, We just want to give you ALL the info you need to make an informed decision after speaking with us.

How much time is required to hit my goals?

One of the biggest questions we get is: How much time do I actually need to commit each week? If you’re busy, this answer might surprise you.

Our typical plan involves 3 to 5 customized workouts per week. Each one is designed to be efficient so you’re not living in the gym, but you’re still doing exactly what your body needs to make real progress. Depending on your goals and the phase of your program, we may add a little cardio, but it’s always tailored to your lifestyle.

When it comes to nutrition, once you learn how to track your macros, it usually takes just 5 to 10 minutes a day. That’s less time than scrolling through your phone or deciding what’s for dinner.

We work with busy professionals, parents, and people with demanding schedules. The truth is you don’t need to train for hours every day. You just need a smart, personalized plan that fits your life.

Overall, you’re looking at just a few hours per week in the gym, plus a few minutes each day to keep your nutrition on track. That’s it. Minimal time, maximum results.

How does this compare to in person training?

What are the workouts like?

A lot of people ask us: What do the workouts actually look like inside Aspire Fit?

Our team isn’t just your average group of trainers at your local gym. We are Doctors of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, and Barbell Rehab Method Certified.

That means every workout is designed to not only get you stronger and leaner, but also to keep your body moving well and pain-free.

Your program will be completely customized to you. That might mean 3–5 workouts per week depending on your goals, each one lasting about 45–60 minutes.

Workouts combine:

Strength training and Hypertrophy training to build muscle and boost metabolism

Mobility work to keep you flexible and prevent injury

And, when needed, cardio conditioning to support fat loss and endurance.

You don’t need to spend hours in the gym or do random exercises you see online. Every workout is purposeful, efficient, and backed by years of clinical and coaching experience.
